SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We offer UPS & USPS shipping services
Most shipments will ship within 1-2 business days
For most orders that we ship in the continental U.S., USPS is our preferred carrier.
FDA Regulation does not allow shipping outside the continental United States
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Shipping charges are available by adding product to your shopping cart
TRACKING ORDERS
A shipping tracking number will be available once an order has been invoiced and shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information.
WHAT TO DO WHEN A SHIPMENT ARRIVES
Check and inspect the package (before the delivery driver leaves, when possible). Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect for the correct number of packages and for damages to packaging and note the nature and extent of any shortage or damage on the paperwork you sign.
You may refuse delivery only when there is obvious damage to actual merchandise.
PROBLEMS/QUESTIONS REGARDING ORDER SHIPPING OR RETURNS
The customer will be responsible for any and all costs arising from incorrect and/or incomplete shipping account or destination information. These costs include, but are not limited to charges for erroneous deliveries, return shipping charges, storage fees and any other extra or additional costs and expenses.
