The Fine Print
Return Window:Â 30 days from the date you receive your order. Any reason, no questions asked.
Restocking Fee:Â As an FDA-regulated medical device, returned CPAP PRO units must be properly disposed of per federal health regulations and cannot be resold. A 25% restocking fee applies to cover this mandatory disposal cost.
Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Timeline:Â Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
